It's a BOY! Wesley and I were extremely excited to find out that our little growing baby was going to be a little man just a few days before Christmas. It was most definitely the best Christmas present ever to be able to see him on the ultrasound squirming around inside my tummy. We have yet to decide on a name, but have a short list and are trying to figure out which one we love best for our baby boy.
Baby Dorman is growing rapidly and in turn stretching mommy's belly. (No sign of stretch marks just yet.) When we went home for Christmas, we were exactly at 20 weeks with a bump that was starting to be more noticeable. I cannot believe we are almost halfway there to holding our little baby boy in our arms. Baby was blessed with several little outfits and blankets by numerous family members which was greatly apprecaited, especially our handmade Seminole blanket from Aunt Christa and Drew. :)
A little bit about baby @ 20 weeks:
"Baby is now about the size of a cantaloupe. Baby gulps down serveral ounces of aminiotic fluid every day, both for nutrition and to practice swallowing and digesting. Studies show that after birth, babies respond best to tastes they've already had via amniotic fluid."
Wow - you're are getting pretty darn good with this digital mass communication thing. Very nice!! I can't wait to spoil this munchkin beyond your imagination!! Love you guys bigger than the sky!
